Interior.
If you have always wished to visit Ireland but have been unable to do so this is the next best thing. You can always be assured of a traditional Irish welcome from the landlord Robin Attryde and his cheerful English speaking staff. Choose the formal upper “Shannon” lounge bar with darts and pool room or the informal downstairs “Bothy” public bar, wherever you choose the atmosphere will be homely and warm. The pub boasts the biggest selection of draught beers in the city and also the biggest TV satellite projection screens, one on each floor enabling you to watch international and national sporting events including, Ice hockey, Major league baseball, National Football league, Rugby and Soccer from around the world. In the evenings on Fridays and Saturdays from September to June you can dance to our resident band but make sure you book your place early to avoid disappointment as these toe tapping sessions are very popular.
Cuisine.
Arguably the best “Pub Grub” served in Ukraine. The term “Pub grub” was coined in 70’s England to classify the most popular section of the United Kingdom restaurant industry. The extensive “filling” menu contains Ukrainian, UK and International dishes. The UK dishes are made to traditional recipes from the Good Pub Food guide. Appetizers range from Salmon Gravalax and Beer Batter Shrimps to Guinness Steak Kebabs. The main courses include traditional favourites like, Fish and chips, Steak and Kidney pie, and “Bangers” & mash. Vegetarians are catered for, as are children, with a special children’s menu containing Cheeseburgers, Mini Pizza’s and Small Chicken Fingers, all served with French fries and baked beans if required.
A weekend family A la Carte breakfast is served starting at 10:30. Weekdays business lunches are served until 16:30.
